Since we are born the learning  process  never stops. Mother is the first teacher of the child. At home, the foundation of the child is laid. Then the formal training starts at school.  At the delicate age of 4 -5 years, the responsibility of teaching of the child  is transfered from from parents to  the teacher. Being a good communicator  a teacher does  that consciously and efficiently.  A good teacher always has a sense of purpose while choosing the teaching programme and adjusts it to the needs of his students. For the teacher the students always come first in priority. The good teacher works with all students and believes that all students have the same potential to prosper immaterial of the back ground and status in society.
