Prokaryotic cells (Pro - Primitive ; karyon - nucleus) : Primitive, unicellular forms of organisms, cell wall is basically made up of peptidoglycans and is non-cellulosic.

1. Organelles are without cell wall and not defined.

3. Circular DNA.

4. Histone is absent.

5. Unistranded flagellum.

6. Cyclosis or Protoplasmic streaming absent.
