I
Read the poem and answer the questions that follow:
The peace of wild things
When despair for the world grows in me.
And I wake in the night at the least sound
In fear of what my life and my children's life may be
go and lie down where the wood drake.
Rests in his beauty on the water. And the great heron feeds.
I come into the peace of wild things
Who do not tax their lives with forethought
Of grief. I come into the presence of still water.
And I feel above me the day-blind start
Waiting with their lights. For a time
I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.

Answer:
WE ALL ARE ALIKE ACCORDING TO THE POET IN THE POEM NO MEN ARE FOREIGN . IN THE WAY WE ALL BREATHE IN THE SAME AIR ,WE ALL WALK ON THE SAME EARTH, WE ALL STARVE TOGETHER DURING THE EXTENDED WAR AND EVEN WE ALL TAKE BIRTH AND DIE IN THE SAME WAY SO THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US .No wonder that besides the scriptures in many cultures nature is also worshipped. The message that we get is to save our environment and maintain ecological balance. People are taught to live in harmony with nature and recognise that there is God in all aspects of nature.
