I report my friend in brianly aap and i will not able to send sms.. plzz suggest what is do.. i want to talk with my frind.. how i cover come from this problem..

It means that you blocked that person. So,you can not send any messages.
But don't worry, every problem has solution.
So,there is a solution for your problem too.
» To send messages to that person,you need to unblock that person.
» I'm sorry to say that you can't unblock that person in brainly app.
» But it's possible in website.
Go to Google/Browser and type brainly.in
Then log in to your account.
Go to the user's profile
There you can see an option "write a message"
Click on it.
Now it tells you that "you've blocked that user.Do you want to unblock?" There is an option "unblock" below it. Click on it
Done! Now you can send messages

Don't worries, I'm here to help you out !! ;)

You've to do only following steps -

✪ Go in any browser which is suitable to you.

✪ Then, search 'brainly.in' .

✪ Log-in and find friends.

✪ Search the name of that user and just click on its profile.

✪ And there will be option named - 'sent messages' click on it.

✪ And lastly, you've unblocked your friend !
