Hey mate !!
============
I said , "My throat has got better but I am feeling very weak ."
I said that my throat had got better but I was feeling very weak.
On converting from Direct to Indirect speech , we always have to remove the commas , also inverted ones and add a 'that' after the reporting verb along with changing the tenses .
===========
Hope helps !!
