The poet wants to convey that after some years when he will get older he will tell others that when he had came on this diversion he had chosen the pathe which was less travelled by others and therefore the difference has been made

The poet wants to explain that some years later that once he had come on a point that he had to choose between the two road and he choose the difficult one as the road is less travelled by nd it had made the all differences in his life
