Answer:
First of all, let me describe various parts of Chemistry. These parts are – Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry.
Explanation:
1.Inorganic Chemistry: Generally, considered one of the most boring parts to deal with and most of the people try to deal with it in the end. However, this leads to drastically poor results and ‘rot’ learning is given as an excuse for this. But believe me, if you start studying Inorganic Chemistry early, not only will you do well in it but you will also find it interesting. Moving on to how to deal with it
2.Organic Chemistry: This is considered one of the most logical parts of Chemistry. In stark contrast to Inorganic Chemistry, this is one of the interesting sections. Most of the chapters in NCERT are easy to understand and thus problems are not encountered with regards to Organic Chemistry. I would, however, like to add that you should pay special attention to the last three chapters of this book(Polymers, Biomolecules, Chemistry in Everyday Life)
3.Physical Chemistry: I would say this is generally in between Inorganic and Organic Chemistry (in consideration of the difficulty and interest). The most irritating part of this section, however, is that all the chapters have no correlation with each other. One is advised to deal with each one of them independently. Most of the chapters you deal will consist mainly of solving questions. Your success will generally be aligned with the number of questions you practice. The only chapter which consists of mugging is “Surface Chemistry“. I generally classify this under Inorganic Chemistry since the ways you deal with this is very similar to the way in which you would approach Inorganic Chemistry
