i sleep at 12.00 and wake up at 7.00am I sleep 8 to 9 hr and then I do my online class I feel very much sleepy 6 to 5 Hours I don't feel comfortable and very much sleepy at morning I see phone all the time please help me how I will be normally .

Though u r getting sleep of 8-9hrs I think it's not healthy.make a habit of sleeping early and getting up early.initally,it was a hard thing to wake but afterwards u don't find it hard and habit of early sleeping and waking early makes u feel energetic.
during covid, smartphones and laptops became essential in our daily lives but try to use ur phone less
discipline plays a key role
