I surfed the web on the relation between saturated fats and heart diseases. There were some articles which showed no relation whereas some were strongly with the belief that they cause cardiovascular diseases. There is a whole controversy on it. I am confused which claim is correct. I need to write some information on the relation, i don't know what to write. Can someone help me?

Actually, the food items that contain saturated fats may not be completely digested therefore there us a chance that will get settled some where in the body. However since the arteries have a high pressure of blood flow there is no fat deposition in them but whereas in the veins the blood flow is really very slow therefore causing the deposition of fats. This blocks the passage of blood flow hence causing high pressure of blood which leads to BP and many other cardio-vascular (or heart related ) diseases.
