1) Ask them how there journey started
2) Who did they admire as a child
3) What were the difficulties they came across
4) What are their future resolutions
5) Who were their companions in the journey of their life
6) Who do they are in debt of for their success
7) You can add some game -- Rapid fire or something to know more about their choices
8) What are their opinion about rumours around them
9) What are their other likings other than the field in which they are
10) Whether they go with philosophy or try to be practical
