Hi mate..
Let's first prove that triangles ADO and BCO are congruent.

 < obc =  < oad = 90
bc = ad(given)
oc = od = hypotenuse
Therefore by RHS property, these triangles are congruent.
Therefore by cpct,
OB=OA
Now,
AB=OB+OA
AB=OB+OB
AB=2OB

So,
CD bisects AB
