i used to take whey protein with my health dite and workout and now i used a mass gainer firs time and myy stomach is hurting so should i stop taking protein suppliment and focus on my home natural diet ? if yes then how will i complete my protein requirment because india is a county have less protein food ? help me pls

You should stop those protein supplements because it does not have any nutrition. But alternatively you can intake raw protein food such as sprouts,milk and naturally dal variety have more protien content. You can choose those foods

 instead of  supplementaries , u can use natural home made protein diet.
in a country like india there always proper diets available in our menu

FOR UR PROTEIN REQUIREMENT U EAT FOODS SUCH AS SPROUTS, EGGS , CEREALS IN UR DAILY DIET ALONG WITH SOME MEAT.
AND MAKE SURE TO DRINK MILK DAILY...
ALSO PROPER EXCERCISE MUST ALSO BE DONE..

THESE  ARE THE FOOD ITEMS WE DAILY SEE IN OUR INDIAN KITCHENS SO DONT BLAME OUR COUNTRY FOR NOT MEETING UR PROTEIN REQUIREMENTS  BECAUSE IT DEPENDS ON FOOD U EAT
