I want a short description on Radiation.

Radiation is energy,  that comes from a source and travels through some material or through space.Radiation cannot be detected by human senses. A variety of instruments are available for detecting and measuring radiation such as  CD-V(700), CD-V(715),Geiger-Mueller (GM) tube.
