i want a story that start with stephen knew he would never sleep. the noises, those horrid sounds, would keep him awake......

So he decided to do something to pass his time, so took a torch and went out for a walk near a pond. He was taking a nice slow walk when he caught a sight of something. He saw a few people who was hiding behind the house he was supposed to sleep and they had some things in their hands that was creating all those noises. He understood they are the one responsible for all those horror stories regarding that house. He call up the security and they were able to catch them
It came out they were hired by the other rent house nearby, so people rent their house more by getting scared off by this
