Lateral Surface area of the cone = π x r x l (since we cannot include the bottom as it is part of the cylinder)

Lateral surface area of the cylinder = 2πrh (we must include the base) + πr^2.

Finding the total surface area = πrl + 2πrh +πr^2

πr ( r + l + h) sq cm.
