Answer :-

Area = length × breadth

10 \frac{2}{3}  \times 9 \frac{3}{4}   =  \frac{32}{3}  \times  \frac{39}{4}

=  \frac{32 \times 39}{3 \times 4}  =  \frac{1248}{12}

= 104
