Explanation:

In the lesson ‘A shady plot’ narrated by John Hallock, Hallock is a story writer. He is forced to write Ghost stories by a publisher named Jenkins. Hallock tried many times to write a Ghost story but he failed all the time.

One day while he sat to write the story, slowly a voice followed by someone's appearance said that she could help Hallock to write a ghost story. Her name was Helen.

She told that she was an unsuccessful writer and had formed a group called "Writer’s Inspiration Bureau” for the writers who cannot pen down a particular story. He did not believe her.

So, with her powers, she made the Hallock to touch her. Then, he asked her help in writing a Ghost story, but Helen refused because they were on a strike. The reason is that all are using an Ouija board to threaten Ghosts.

She requested Hallock to make the people not to use an Ouija board.

Later, Hallock brought awareness in the public and was successful in making the people not to use Ouija boards.

With this, we can say that ghosts are live propositions which means ghosts occur in real life.
