Agar bhojan se Namak gayab ho Jaye too kya Hoga.... Kuch Kash nii uska taste kharab Hoga... Without Namak bhojan bhojan nii Hii... Orr Aapke shreer mee iodine less...

Hey friend !

Yadi bhojan me namak na dala jaye to bhojan beswaad hoga. Aur namak me kami ka arth hai shareer me iodine ki kami. Bina namak ka khana na koi kha sakta hai aur na khaya jaata hai.
