Ans 4:
Given : Area 28cm^2
All sides of Rhombus are equal then its perimeter = 4 * side
  4 * side = 28 cm
side = 7 cm

 Since the area of rhombus = side * altitute=28 cm sq
  7 * altitude = 28
altitude = 4 cm
Hence altitude of the given rhombus is 4 cm.

Ans 5:
Given: length =64m. Altitude =16m

All of Rhombus sides are equal in length. 
Area of Rhombus = Area of Square
Area of Rhombus= 64m*16m
=1024
side of Square = root of 1024
=32
