Missing Class Interval in Statistics refers to the the frequency value that is missing or not calculated for any class interval within the data set.

Explanation:

First, the class interval of a data set means the division of any numerical data set into various intervals according to the ascending order such as age, weight, income, population etc. Now,once the class interval is constructed from the lowest to highest order,we can determine the frequency distribution of each of the class interval. For example, how many people in the data set belongs to low income group or between the age group of let's say 5 and 15.Finally,for any class interval if the frequency distribution or number is missing or blank or is not possible to calculate for any reason,it is termed as missing class interval.Missing class interval is associated with the practical difficulties of obtaining data collection.
