firstly learn the basics of english which would help you a lot like grammar. you can speak english fluently if you can learn 2 or 3 new words daily by knowing their meaning. Try to read some story books or novels which might help you to develop your English. You can also learn english by watching english movies , reading english newspapers like the hindu etc. Write a short or something daily to check your skills. If you can follow these you might be able to learn proper english.
