i) Name of the snack : rolls of Split Green Gram (Moong daal ke bade )
ii) List of ingredients: Split green gram , Spinach , Green chilli, spring onion ,ginger
iii) Method of preparation: First grind the split green gram, not so much. Let it be half third grind. Then add the green chilli, coriander, ginger & other ingredients & boil in oil till it looks like light brown. Not let burn or half cooked. Then serve with chutney of spinach or with any other like tomato sauce
