i want to learn perfect English please give an ideas to learn English

English is not a knowledge.. It is a language. You shall learn english via Listening , Reading, Writing and speaking.

English fluency will come only if you are willing to study.

If you are determined to study, then no one will stop you..

Fluency may come only if you are trying to study standard newspapers like hindu..
