I wanna give u some tips. I had speech for becoming house leader three years before and my teacher told me to include some special characters of u that makes u unique. do not say speech like other people, let them think u are different. for ex, u can start u r speech like" ladies and gentlemen! today, for people who knows me and for the people who don't, I am ___.ok? tell why you are interestd to become the culture head and then ur unique qualities. make the speech as small as possible but include necessary subjects(topics).then say some thoughts like"east or west I am the best! ".u r the culture head of ur school. but practise is necessary and make the speech itself because it will help u in saying the speech
