The required Answer is :He said that he wanted to work for him.To change from Indirect to Direct Speech, keep in mind all the following  rules related to the Direct Speech in the reverse order: Utilize the reporting type verb, "say" or "said to" in its correct form of tense.

Delete  the conjunctions "that, too, if or whether etc" from the sentence .

Add the following :-    quotation marks, -    question mark, -    exclamation and full stop, where necessary.
