I was a studious boy till 7th std. But then from 7th to 12th I was never able to get good grades. I could never able to concentrate on studies. Even after such a downfall I am always in top intelligent students in class. Teacher always praise me a lot because of my good and charming behavior even now. But till exam season arises I am not able to study at all. I try much hard, but at end of the day I realize that nothing was done. My friends with me who are not having good values are taking ranks and I who is completely dedicated to goodness is never able to get marks. I have never been into any business other than studies. There was not a single moment when I felt that I do not have interest towards studies but the thing is job is not done. Help me.

Same actually duplicate problem with me.....
So I have experienced.....
But I am younger than you just in 7th.... maybe you would feel my answer to be inappropriate or boring so I would be extremely sorry for that........
But I think that appreciation is only our weakness..........
When we get appreciated we want to do a particular work instead of concentrating on every subject.......
As I am very good in maths, but my English teacher is spoiling me ...
She wants that I only concentrate on English literature and nothing else, which has no value in today's modern world according to me.
And if you talk about concentration, then I think that you must do meditation. It's really too helpful, did not only increases our concentration power but also sharpens our mind, we get peace and feel happiness.
And I am also rank holder, but if we lose our rank ONCE we lose all our hope and then a mentality sets in a mind that the second person can only beeramguda and not you.
Anyway try not to waste your time on stupid things such as annual function singing competition etc.....
Increase your positive anger, work hard, pray to GODDESS Saraswati......
I am sure you would surely be a rank holder....
And remove the thinking from your mind, if you are getting attracted towards a teenager then you are bad person or you can't success in your life, I have seen many who succeed because they did everything with time...
They concentrator on their goal first, then achieved it and now they are happy in their life....
If you are getting distracted , then stop using phone or any electronic device for entertainment....
You may use but don't be addicted please........
Keep your mind clean .....
Share your problems with your parents instead of your friends on different sites.....
I don't say that they are bad but they themselves are of your age ....
How can you expect them to give you correct suggestions....
Never be aggressive it destroys concentration............
And as you said that you are good then it doesn't mean you can be good in studies.....
And remember: still there's still time improve upon because it's the matter of career my dear.......
And don't lose hope, work hard, be a smart worker instead of being a hard labourer because there's no value of a hard labourer in outer world.....
