The people who are different from 'normal' people should be treated with immense care and help will be provided to them when needed. They should not be seen with sympathy instead they should be treated like normal people but when they need help then it should be provided without sympathy.
Suppose a handicapped person is carrying a bag in the shopping mart, then take their bag and while taking it don't say things like 'I can help you' or 'I will take it' instead just grab it and talk to the person while walking without saying things that show sympathy to them.
