Given that total height of the vessel = 13 cm.

Height of cylinder = Height of the vessel - Radius of hemisphere

∴  Capacity of the vessel = Volume of hemisphere + Volume of cylinder

= (2/3) πr³ + πr²h

= (2/3) * (22/7) * (7)³ + (22/7) * (7)² * 6

= 22/7[(2/3) * 7³ + 294]

= 22/7[522.67]

= 11498.74/7

= 1642.67 cm³

Therefore, Capacity of the vessel = 1642.67 cm³.
