Step-by-step explanation:

a) 3x^2 + 5√5x + 10 = 0

3x^2 + 3√5x + 2√5 X + 10 = 0

3x( X+√5) +2√5( X+ √5) = 0

( X+√5)(3x+2√5) = 0

put ( X+√5) = 0

X = -√5

now put (3x+2√5) = 0

3x= -2√5

X = -2√5/3

b) 6x^2-x-2 =0

6x^2-4x+3x-2 = 0

2x( 3x-2) +1 (3x-2) = 0

( 2x+1)(3x-2) = 0

2x+1 = 0

2x= -1

X=-1/2

now

3x-2 = 0

3x = 2

X = 2/3
