Only if I could leave the house !
Since y'all asked me to elaborate : We use this form here, because we are wishing for something, aka being alone at home, and that wish may be linked to another thing, like if A then B, so it could be like, if I were alone at home, I'd watch Home Alone, or whatever, but since we don't use long sentences in exclamation, and obviously since the speaker doesn't want to convey his idea in a single statement, only the A part of the statement is put into the exclamation (beginning with the desire ONLY) !
