Thrilling Cricket Match
Recently I saw a cricket match on TV which I thoroughly enjoyed. The match was played on June 30, 2019 between India and England at Birmingham. England won the toss and elected to bat first. England batsmen played exceptionally well and set a huge total of 337 runs. Jonny Bairstow scored a stunning century. Indian batsmen came to crease with a burden on them. K.L Rahul got out on 0. Kohli and Rohit Sharma steadied the Indian batting inning by playing well. Kohli got out on 66. Rohit also got out on 102. Then Rishab Pant and Hardik Pandya played great cricket and accelerated the run rate. However, Rishab Pant was caught trying to hit a six. Soon Pandya also was caught while trying to hit a ball hard. The required run rate kept escalating and finally India lost by 31 runs. Every Indian cricket fan was disappointed.

Yesterday I was watching a cricket match between India and South Africa which is playing in the Arun Jaithley Stadium. It was a T20 match. Rishabh Pant was the captain of India and Temba Bavuma was the captain of South Africa. South Africa won the toss and elected to bowl first. I purchased some chips, etc. for the match. Indian openers came into the ground and started well and have scored 101 in first 10 overs then 1 wicket fell down and then Shreyas Iyer came into the ground and playing his shots. After 20 overs India reached 211. Now its time for South Africa to bat. They had lost their first wicket early but after that wicket they wee batting like monsters. Sixes and fours were flowing. At last they need 15 runs in just 6 balls. Rishabh Pant gave ball to Yuzuvendra Chahal and he delivers for his team and restrict them to 200 and India won the match by 10 runs and me and my father enjoyed a lot.
