Go to your dad and tell him that this is my plan and I wish to go abroad for my further studies. I'm sure he'll get convinced, provided you already gave the admission form to the institute. If not, you can go out for you graduation.

Hey mate,

I can understand ur situation well. I reccomend u to just keep calm and talk to ur father by pleasing him that u want to study abroad and give him ur reasons. If he denies then tell him the advantages of studying in abroad of ur profession. Try to convince him cleverly and calmly.
