You just don't need any special or specific degree for UPSC rather the commission just demands a plain graduation degree in any discipline.
They just want yo to clear the prelims, mains, personality test aNd that is all they demand.
Just go for your graduation and set out to prepare for the UPSC CSE.
They hardly bother whether you are an engineer or a doctor or a fashion designer or a normal humanities degree holder.... they just want a graduation degree from you and your minimum age of 21.
