ICE AT 0 DEGREE CELCIUS APPEARS COLDER TO THE MOUTH THAN WATER AT 0 DEGREE CELCIUS.WHY?

becoz the water is made to ice

The reason is that Ice does not have the latent heat of fusion like water at 0 *C so ice appears colder than water.
