ice is more effective in cooling than the ice-water .Explain.​

Ice and ice water are both very similar just the difference is that the ice water has latent heat of fusion and thus it is not as much as cooler than ice that's why ice is more effective in cooling as compared to ice water and can also stay longer as of having less latent heat of fusion.
