identical packets are dropped from two aeroplanes,one above the equator and the other abovr the north pole,both at height'h'.assuming all condition are identical,will those packets take same time to reach the surface of the earth?

no they does not take same time to reach the earth surface.

if all the conditions are identical then they should reach the ground at the same time but remember their is a difference in acceleration due to gravity at pole and equater but as you have mention that all condition are same then they will reach at same time
