The bottleneck in analysing customer problems is the lack of communication between the customer and company producing product. At times, customers want to give feedback but dont know how to place it and at times customers hesitate in giving feedback as they believe it to be useless. So it is important that customer should be taught about feedback ways and then response from the company should be shared with customer also
