our constitution is dynamic understands because it can be amended that means changes can be made in H if they are required when a certain law is thought not to be fit we the people demand our constitution is not only Aamir book in which the rules and regulations are written but is the norms are followed and it is quite dynamic because it says that what punishment is to be given to the person who do not follow the laws and violet them
