A is apical meristem it increase the length of plant in vertical direction. it is also used in tissue culture. apical meristem causes the primary growth in plants and these cells are free from viral infections

B is intercalary meristem it causes the growth of branches and lateral stems on the main mother axis. it is also causes primary growth in plants and appear in early life stage

C is lateral meristem it causes the growth of girth of the plant or tree eventually. it controls the secondary growth in plant and appear latter in life stage.
