gravitational force is responsible for the moon revolving around the earth and it is the centrifugal force acting on the moon where as tidal force is the second effect of the force of gravity and all parts of the earth are subject to the moons gravitational forces causing the water in the oceans to form tides.

Answer:Earth's gravity

Gravitational attraction provides the centripetal force needed to keep planets in orbit around the Sun and all types of satellite in orbit around the Earth. The Earth's gravity keeps the Moon orbiting us. It keeps changing the direction of the Moon's velocity.
