16 Δ 12 = 291  

16 * 12 = 192   reverse 192 to get 291

Hence a Δ b  = reverse of product of a and b

63 Δ 7 =  reverse of product of 63 and 7

= reverse of 441  

= 144

\boxed {144}  box color is  Red

√144 = 12

Hence red box take square root of the number inside

\boxed {4 ~\triangle~ 10}  =16  

4 Δ 10 =  reverse of product of 4 and 10

= reverse of 40

\boxed {04}  box color is Blue

4² = 16

Hence Blue box   square  the number inside

Now \boxed {\boxed {24 ~\triangle~ 16} }   where outer box is blue and inner box is Red

Blue box and Rd box cancels each other as one is square and other is square root
