Combination reaction

Explanation:

Combination reaction are the reaction in which two or more reactants get combined to form a single product with new or unique charesteristics.

In the chemical reaction the only rearrangement of atoms takes place as for in the case of given ex:-

H2 + O2 => H2O

(it is in the form of skeletal chemical equation)

Now balance it

2H2 + O2 => H20

{ BALANCING IS DONE ON THE BASIC OF CONSERVATION OF MASS}

Here in this reaction the two reactangs H2 and O2 has different properties and both of them combines to for' the single product H20 whose properties is entirely different from H2 and O2.

And here in this reaction the only rearangement of atom takes place:-

H2=> valency 1

O2=> valency 2

so two H atoms and O atoms get rearranged to form H2O which is a covalent bond.

Hope it's help u☺
