The answer of your question is option 1 which "Displacement " reaction.
Its a single displacement method which is actually a reaction in which one  or more elements are replaced by the other element .This is usually happen is order to make the stable compound and because the replaced element is weaker one so it is easily replaced in the compound which result in new compound

Here in the reach Zn +HCl ⇒ZnCl2 + H2 zinc replaces the hydrogen to make the zinc chloride and hydrogen gas is produced as the result and liberated.

The reaction given in the question is a single displacement reaction. Single displacement reaction also simply called displacement reaction is a type of reaction in which an element reacts with a compound and takes the place of another element in that compound.
Generally it is represented by:
X + Y-Z  → X-Z + Y
All simple metals with acid reactions are single displacement reactions.
In the above reaction, Zinc reacts with hydrogen chloride, displaces hydrogen from chloride and form zinc chloride while hydrogen gas is released.
