Simple sentence is a direct sentence without any conjunctions. Compound sentence is a sentence in which two sentences are joined by conjunctions and complex sentence is a sentence which includes subordinate clause. For example in above example the first sentence is the example of compound sentence. Second sentence is the example of simple sentence. The third sentence is the example of simple sentence. The fourth sentence is complex sentence. The fifth sentence is complex sentence.
