Solution:-

zeros are 4 and 2

sum of zeros = 4+2 = 6 (S.O.Z)

product of zeros = 4×2 = 8 (P.O.Z)

New polynomial - k[x^2 - (S.O.Z) + P.O.Z ]

HENCE, THE POLYNOMIAL IS •• x^2 - 6x + 8
