\huge{\underline{\bf{ Solution:-}}}

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow \dfrac{1}{3}+\dfrac{1}{2}+\dfrac{1}{x}=4

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow \dfrac{2x+3x+6}{6x}=4

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow \dfrac{5x+6}{6x}=4

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow 5x+6=4(6x)

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow 5x+6=24x

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow 6=24x-5x

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow 6=19x

\\ \sf\bull\dashrightarrow x=\dfrac{6}{19}.

Answer:

(1  \div  3) + (1 \div 2) + (1 \div x) = 4  \\ (5 \div 6) + (1 \div x) = 4 \\ (1 \div x) = 4 - (5 \div 6) \\ (1 \div x) =  - 19 \div 6 \\ x =  - 6 \div 19

this is value of x is -6/19.
