 Let \:a \: number \: be \: x

 \Big(\frac{1}{4}\Big)^{th} \: of \: x = \frac{x}{4}

 \Big(\frac{1}{3}\Big)^{rd} \: of \: x = \frac{x}{3}

 Half \: of \: x = \frac{x}{2}

/* According to the problem given */

 \frac{x}{4} + \frac{x}{3} = \frac{x}{2} + 15

 \implies \frac{x}{4} + \frac{x}{3} - \frac{x}{2} = 15

 \implies \frac{3x+4x-6x}{12} = 15

 \implies \frac{7x-6x}{12} = 15

 \implies \frac{x}{12} = 15

 \implies x = 12 \times 15

 \implies x = 180

Therefore.,

 \red { Required \: number } \green {=180}
