1/9!(1+1/10) x/11!

1/9!(10+1/10)=x/11!

1/9!(11/10)=x/11!

1/9!(11/10)*11!=x

1/9!(11/10)*9!*10*11=x

(11! can also be written as 11! = 9!*10*11)

By cancelling 9! with 9! and 10 with 10 we get the final equaltion as:

11*11=x

121 = x
