Heya !!!
P(X) = X² -4X + K
P(2) = (2)² -4 × 2 + K

in a question given the value of x is 2 .
so , putting this value of given this Polynomial .
![{x}^{2} - 4x + k \\ \\p(x) = > {2}^{2} - 4(2) + k \\ = > 4 - 8 + k \\ = > k = 8 - 4 \\ = > k = 4 {x}^{2} - 4x + k \\ \\p(x) = > {2}^{2} - 4(2) + k \\ = > 4 - 8 + k \\ = > k = 8 - 4 \\ = > k = 4](https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=+%7Bx%7D%5E%7B2%7D+-+4x+%2B+k+%5C%5C+%5C%5Cp%28x%29+%3D+%26gt%3B+%7B2%7D%5E%7B2%7D+-+4%282%29+%2B+k+%5C%5C+%3D+%26gt%3B+4+-+8+%2B+k+%5C%5C+%3D+%26gt%3B+k+%3D+8+-+4+%5C%5C+%3D+%26gt%3B+k+%3D+4)
