Green

First of all, we see that the concentration of both the acid and the base are the same and the acid is dibasic and the base is diacidic. So, complete neutralisation occurs and the salt produced is neutral.

The reaction is shown below.

H₂SO₄ + Mg(OH)₂ → MgSO₄ + 2H₂O

Due to the complete neutralisation the salt formed would neither be acidic nor basic.

As a result, if we introduce an universal indicator to the resulted neutral solution, the colour obtained would be green.
